Most projects are scoped to a fixed price after a short discovery call, so you know the cost before we start. Ongoing support and optimization can be a monthly retainer. We'll always agree on scope and price up front.
How long does a project take?
A focused automation or integration is often live within a few weeks. Larger, multi-system projects are broken into phases with checkpoints, so you see value early rather than waiting for a big-bang launch.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes — that's the whole point. We connect the tools you already run (Jira, Confluence, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce, your inventory and courier systems) rather than asking you to replace them.
How do you handle data security?
We access only what's needed, use secure credentials and least-privilege access, and can work within your existing security and privacy requirements. Ask us for details on any specific compliance need.
Do you provide ongoing support?
