Acceptance
Welcome to the automaTech by JoPilot website (the "site", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the site and the content presented on it.
By accessing and using the site you agree in full to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only, to obtain information about our services and to get in touch with us.
You may not: interfere with or disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; use automated tools to harvest content from the site (scraping) without our written permission; copy, reproduce or commercially exploit the site's content without permission; upload or transmit through the site any content that is offensive, misleading, infringing or contains malicious code; or impersonate any person or entity.
We may block access to the site for any user who breaches these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Content on the site
The content on the site, including service descriptions, figures and examples, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, technical, legal or business advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Numbers, percentages and results shown on the site are illustrative and are not a promise of any particular outcome. Actual results depend on the specific systems, data and processes of each business.
Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer. An engagement between us and a client arises only under a signed proposal or agreement, whose terms prevail over anything stated on the site.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the site and its content — including the design, code, text, graphics, the "automaTech" and "JoPilot" marks and the logos — belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from the site's content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You may view the content and print a reasonable copy for personal, internal use.
Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site (such as Jira, Confluence, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, WordPress, NetSuite, Priority and SAP) are the property of their respective owners. They are referenced solely to describe integration capabilities and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Contacting us through the site
By submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp, you confirm that the details you provided are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them.
We will use those details to respond to your enquiry, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or professionally privileged information through the site — this channel is not intended for it.
We do not commit to any particular response time for enquiries received through the site.
Third-party links and services
The site may include links to external websites and services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, or for any damage arising from your use of them. A link does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the site continuously available but do not guarantee it. The site may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, faults, updates or factors outside our control.
We may change, add or remove content, pages and features on the site, and may discontinue it entirely — all at our discretion and without prior notice.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "AS IS" and subject to availability, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information current and accurate, but errors, omissions and inaccuracies may occur, and we do not undertake to update the information at any given time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damage — including loss of profits, loss of data or damage to reputation — arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on content appearing on it, or from a link to an external site.
Nothing here limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any damage, loss, expense or payment — including legal fees — incurred by us as a result of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
Accessibility
We work to make the site accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with Israeli law. Full details, including how to contact us about accessibility, appear in our Accessibility Statement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page alongside the last-updated date and will apply from the date of publication. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version, so we recommend reviewing this page occasionally.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any matter arising from them or from use of the site, are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
